Childrens Flow Workshops

Hula Hoop Workshop (1-hour session for up to 5 children under 12):

  • $175 per session

  • Led by a Hoop Love Certified Hula- Hoop Instructor

  • Includes hoop games, basic tricks, and skill-building.

  • Includes multiple sizes of hula hoops to borrow during class.

  • A 50% deposit is required before any services are rendered.

Children’s Party Package (2 certified instructors teaching poi and hula hoop, 1.5 hours):

  • $550 for 1.5 hours

  • All parties facilitated by a Hoop Love Certified Hula-Hoop Instructor and a Spin Poi Certified Poi Instructor

  • Includes multiple sizes of hula hoops and different poi to borrow during the party. 

  • Interactive session with games, learning basic tricks, and teaching a flow sequence that children can perform and show off to their friends.

  • A 50% deposit is required before any services are rendered.

Ongoing Lessons (Private or Group):

  • $75 per child for a private 1-hour lesson

  • $150 per hour for groups of up to 5 kids

Daytime Performance Rates

  • Daytime Performance Rate: $250 per hour per performer. 

    • Includes a variety of entertainment options:

      • Hula Hoop Performances

      • Isis Wings

      • Silk Fans

      • Roaming Character Artist

    • Performances can be customized to suit the theme and needs of your event within reason. Price adjustments for specific costuming needs. 

    • Rest breaks are included in the performance time to ensure safety and optimal performance.

    • 50% deposit required

    • I have contacts that stilt walk, please let me know if you're interested in a stilt walker for your event.

Additional Important Info

  • Travel Fees: For events outside of a 30-mile radius, a travel fee of $0.50 per mile will be added.

  • Custom Event Packages: Available upon request for festivals, weddings, and corporate events. Pricing depends on the size and length of the event.

  • Payment Terms: All services require a 50% deposit to secure booking.

  • Weather Policy: Fire performances are weather dependent (alot of rain, lightning, extreme winds) and non-refundable. We will do our absolute best to perform, as we love what we do!

Fire Performance Pricing

Standard Fire Dance Performance (Solo):

  • $350 minimum for a 15-20 minute performance  (includes setup, fire safety checks, and performance with multiple props)

  • $350/hour additional

  • Performance includes a variety of fire props (e.g., fire hoop, fire parasol, palm torches, fire belt, fire fans).

  • Flow Arts Institute Fire Safety Certified to ensure the utmost safety during the performance.

  • Fire Insured Performer insured by Specialty Insurance Agency.

  • Rest Breaks: The additional hour includes time for short rest breaks between multiple sets for safety and optimal performance.

  • All fire shows must include a fire safety personnel, which we will provide to ensure maximum safety for the audience and performers.

  • Fire performances require a 50% deposit, are weather dependent (rain, extreme winds) and non-refundable.

Group Fire Performance

  • Group Fire Performance (2 performers):

    • $700/hour

    • $350 for each additional performer beyond two.

    • All fire performers will have fire insurance to guarantee safe and secure performances.

    • A dedicated fire safety personnel will be present at all group performances, provided by us.

    • Fire performances are weather dependent and non-refundable.​​

Fire Safety Personnel

      $150/hour​

  • Flow Arts Institute Fire Safety Certified.
    Our fire safety personnel will properly assess and set up the fire dip fueling station, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during my/our performance. They are responsible for the safety of both the audience and the performers, monitoring all fire-related aspects during the show.

  • $15 fuel surcharge/hour 

  • I also am available for hire as a fire safety for your event. 

 LED Night Performance 

  • LED Hula Hoop Performance Rate: $200 per hour per performer. 

    • Using state-of-the-art LED hula hoops and LED props, this performance creates a spectacular night experience.

    • Rest breaks are included to ensure safety and peak performance.
